	Jason And Marcia McCary Senior Pastors jasonm@reallife-ministries.org Jason and Marcia have been the Lead Pastors of REALife Ministries since February 2003. Both Jason and Marcia were born and reared in Greenwood, SC and returned to Greenwood to Pastor REALife after living 6 years in Oklahoma City, OK. While in Oklahoma City, Jason and Marcia both attended and graduated from Southwestern Christian University and served as staff and faculty members of the university for 3 years prior to returning to Greenwood. Jason and Marcia have two children, Reagan Elizabeth(born in Jan. 2002) and Gabriel Benjamin (born July 2005).

	Jerry And Ann Catoe Associate and Outreach Pastors Jerry and Ann Catoe serve as Co-Pastors at REALife Ministries and oversee RLM's Outreach Ministries. Jerry and Ann have been the Lead Pastor of several other churches as well as a church plant prior to coming on staff at REALife. Along with assisting in Pastoral Care duties, Jerry and Ann are very involved with RLM's Prayer Ministries and Children's Ministries. Jerry and Ann have two grown children, Jeremy and Dustin.

	Todd And Melissa Raugh Student Life Pastors Todd and Melissa have been on staff at REALife since January 2009. They serve as Associate Pastors (assisting in Pastoral Care) as well as Student Ministries Pastors. Melissa also directs REALife's Clothing Ministry. Prior to coming on staff at REALife, Todd and Melissa served as Lead Pastors of two other churches. They have three teenage children: Sarah, Nathan, and Jessica.

	Neal Garron Minister of Music and Fine Arts ngarron@reallife-ministries.org Neal has been the Minister of Music/Fine Arts at REALife since 2006. He and his wife Tina also serve on RLM's Leadership Board. Along with leading worship for REALife services, Neal has oversight of other Media and Fine Arts Ministries at REALife. Neal and Tina have two boys, Silas (born July 2005) and Jasper (born May 2009).

	Robbie Norton Ministerial Assistant/Office Manager robbie@reallife-ministries.org Mrs. Robbie has been on staff at REALife for a number of years serving in various roles including Director of Children's Ministries. She currently serves as a Ministerial Assistant to the Pastoral Staff as well as Office Manager. She and her husband Wade also serve as Elders at REALife. They have two grown children and three gandchildren.
